About the role

  • Mission: Unlock a new revenue stream for primary care by integrating behavioral health services using CPT 99484 reimbursement
  • Amplifier Health builds an AI-native platform that analyzes patient conversations to surface individuals eligible for Behavioral Health Integration (BHI)
  • Role: Commercial Partner acting as an entrepreneur building a book of business; pure hunter responsible for net-new customers
  • Execute the "Land & Expand" playbook: use low-friction entry points like Retrospective BHI Opportunity Analysis to land accounts and expand deployments
  • Drive acquisition of the first 10 new paying customers targeting MSPCOs and FQHCs; own full sales cycle
  • Forge C-suite relationships (CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, VPs of Population Health) and articulate clear ROI
  • Collaborate with co-founders to build and refine the GTM playbook based on market feedback

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a top-performing hunter selling complex solutions into the US healthcare market
  • Established network of relationships within Multi-Site Primary Care Operators (MSPCOs) and FQHCs
  • Intellectual curiosity and rapid learning ability to understand CPT reimbursement, clinical workflows, and multi-modal AI technology
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with an uncapped, commission-only compensation model
  • Motivation by performance and impact; success-driven with preference for net-new business development
