About the role

  • Ensure a safe and efficient parking operation across multiple locations in a specified geographical region.
  • Oversee account management team, revenue control, safety, and client relations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required.
  • Manage large workforces extended across multiple locations.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships; act as main point of contact for clients and Property Managers.
  • Enforce contractual obligations within the region/portfolio of sites.
  • Review profit and loss statements, adjustments, and variance reports monthly and make adjustments to meet budget goals.
  • Use respectful communication to assist clients, stakeholders, employees, and guests; address escalated concerns.
  • Collaborate with business development, managers, launch, and other team members to add business and expand the company's role in the region.
  • Supervise location management and frontline staff: delegate tasks, coach, monitor performance, ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Respond immediately to reports of accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
  • Monitor facility maintenance to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance; supervise maintenance projects to ensure quality and timely completion.
  • Recruit, select, and train new managers and frontline employees; develop onboarding plans.
  • Market the company’s services and assist in preparation of marketing proposals to bid on new business.
  • Represent and promote the company in the community and with local civic and professional groups.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bilingual - English and Spanish.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to select effective solutions.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills; ability to balance multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and business writing skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate management and/or the parking industry (preferred).
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Experience in account management.
  • Valid Driver License.
