Ensure a safe and efficient parking operation across multiple locations in a specified geographical region.
Oversee account management team, revenue control, safety, and client relations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required.
Manage large workforces extended across multiple locations.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships; act as main point of contact for clients and Property Managers.
Enforce contractual obligations within the region/portfolio of sites.
Review profit and loss statements, adjustments, and variance reports monthly and make adjustments to meet budget goals.
Use respectful communication to assist clients, stakeholders, employees, and guests; address escalated concerns.
Collaborate with business development, managers, launch, and other team members to add business and expand the company's role in the region.
Supervise location management and frontline staff: delegate tasks, coach, monitor performance, ensure compliance with company standards.
Respond immediately to reports of accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
Monitor facility maintenance to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance; supervise maintenance projects to ensure quality and timely completion.
Recruit, select, and train new managers and frontline employees; develop onboarding plans.
Market the company’s services and assist in preparation of marketing proposals to bid on new business.
Represent and promote the company in the community and with local civic and professional groups.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Bilingual - English and Spanish.
Proven record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to select effective solutions.
Superior organizational and time management skills; ability to balance multiple projects.
Strong communication and business writing skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3-5 years of experience in real estate management and/or the parking industry (preferred).
Previous leadership experience.
Experience in account management.
Valid Driver License.
