About the role
- Conduct analyses on curated and/or aggregated DataMarts to generate relevant analytical insights
- Work in partnership with business leaders to present or generate appropriate insights and deliver supporting collateral/presentations
- Act as lead within a specialized business management function and provide seasoned specialized knowledge, advice and guidance
- Undertake and complete complex projects and initiatives requiring specialist knowledge and cross-functional integration
- Oversee and/or independently perform tasks from end-to-end and interact with hierarchy up to executive leaders
- Bridge and translate business requirements to analytics and reporting needs for the domain
- Apply quantitative and qualitative methodologies to interpret and present data effectively
- Escalate data/process related problems and recommend resolutions; identify and investigate data/analytics related issues
- Provide day-to-day support and delivery of analytics and work with analytics teams to fulfill demand
- Train business users, transfer knowledge, and build business capabilities to integrate analytics into decision-making
- Ensure business operations comply with internal and external requirements and lead remediation plans when needed
- Actively manage relationships across business lines, corporate and control functions to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science)
- Graduate degree preferred with progressive project work experience OR 5+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Lean six sigma green or black belt certification preferred
- Experience implementing low code automation and process improvement based on data driven insights preferred
- Experience with low code automation tools (e.g., RPA, Power Apps) preferred
- Experience conducting analyses on curated/aggregated DataMarts
- Experience presenting insights and producing visualizations/presentations for stakeholders and executives
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence business leaders
- Knowledge of compliance, financial controls, segregation of duties and governance requirements
- Ability to train business users on integrating analytics into decisions
