• Answer and triage incoming telephone calls
• Schedule patient appointments or transfers caller as necessary
• Collect patient co-payments
• Verify patient and insurance information
• Greet patients as they arrive
• Maintain appointment schedule by scheduling based on urgency
• Confirm next day patient appointments
• Update chart with copies of current insurance card and patient registration forms
• Check out patient
• Record and post charges and payments daily
• Assist patient with billing questions
• Process requests for medical records
