About the role
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outreach, and assigned prospect lists
- Conduct discovery conversations and schedule product demos for Account Executives
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to drive pipeline growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and lead status in CRM (HubSpot)
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bilingual Proficiency (Spanish/English): Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English
- Prospecting Expertise: Proven ability to research, identify, and connect with potential clients through outbound outreach, email campaigns, and social selling
- Consultative Discovery and Qualification: Skilled at asking strategic, insightful questions to uncover prospect needs and assess fit
- Pipeline Discipline: Highly organized in managing a large volume of leads and outreach activities
- Team Collaboration: Partners effectively with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations to align strategies
