Supply Chain

• Primary owner responsible for arranging both inbound & outbound transportation between Suppliers, Plants, DC’s and Customers.
• Manage shipment routings that consist of shipment consolidation and mode swapping – ensuring business alignment to savings goals are met.
• Manages and Coordinates all Freight Spot Buy/Expedite requests with Carriers of all Modes to leverage best cost scenario for Regal Rexnord and all Business Segments.
• Works with internal partners (Credit, Planning, Shipping, etc.) to drive resolution on customer-impacting issues.
• Receiving and responding to inbound telephone calls and web/email inquiries from customers, freight forwarders, field sales and plant personnel
• Conducts analysis for Logistics and Distribution and other key areas to create accurate and timely decisions for Business results.
• Align Logistics, Distribution, Customer Service, Sales, and Manufacturing to facilitate internal and external customer satisfaction.

Product Manager

• Develop a thorough understanding of the overall market, including overall size and growth by sub-market and applications, industry trends and landscape.
• Lead efforts for the Motorized Axial Fans platforms plans and support the overall Air Moving's strategic plan and AOP.
• Develop multigenerational product roadmaps and secure cross-functional leadership consensus and buy-in.
• Lead voice of the customer (VOC) research to facilitate the development of product strategies and identification of new products.

Account Manager

• Grow sales and market share in the Food, Beverage, and Industrial markets by selling Regal Rexnord’s conveyance plastic and metal conveying chains/modular belts (TableTop / MatTop / Cambridge), along with connected components such as bearings, gearmotors, and accessories.
• Serve as a customer advocate , acting as the liaison between customers and Regal Rexnord Sales and Product Management.
• Educate, train, and present the features, benefits, and ROI of Regal Rexnord products and services to all customer types.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy —identify and cultivate new accounts including OEMs, end users, and integrators.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers, Area Account Managers, and Inside Sales to drive regional growth.

• Lead the development and implementation of Supplier Risk Management across Regal Rexnord business segments
• Provide strategic leadership by setting the vision, strategy, and objectives for Supplier Risk Management
• Deploy programs that protect the organization, mitigate risk, and minimize supply chain interruptions
• Establish and maintain policies, program requirements, procedures, processes, and risk performance measures
• Govern procurement policy, including contracting agreements and compliance
• Establish annual goals and objectives, including stretch targets for function/team
