About the role

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the overall market, including overall size and growth by sub-market and applications, industry trends and landscape.
  • Lead efforts for the Motorized Axial Fans platforms plans and support the overall Air Moving's strategic plan and AOP.
  • Develop multigenerational product roadmaps and secure cross-functional leadership consensus and buy-in.
  • Lead voice of the customer (VOC) research to facilitate the development of product strategies and identification of new products.
  • Manage New Product Introductions From Concept Development To Commercialization.
  • Lead marketing to develop and deliver training materials.
  • Monitor and assess competitive products and programs.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Engineering, Business Development, or related experience.
  • Must have a strong sense of ownership, problem-solving skills, resilience, and proven ability to lead courageously.
  • Must have the ability to think outside the box to develop strategic plans and drive tactical execution.
  • Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, interact, and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must have Strong financial and business acumen, and have the ability to analyze, interpret, and draw meaningful conclusions from data.
