Own and execute end-to-end strategy on core paid social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest to drive customer acquisition, incrementally, and profitability
Strategize ad creation process and enhance ad creative circulation by using historical creative insights from prior campaigns and industry trends
Build a dynamic testing roadmap to promote learning and data-driven decision making in all campaigns, with a focus on incremental revenue, bid/budget optimizations, customer segmentation, and creative
Own global paid social channel budgets and allocate towards growth centers that support business performance and testing plans
Partner with internal and external teams to design and execute upon incrementality testing for the channel to improve Reformation’s ongoing understanding of channel performance
Communicate growth learnings, results, and best practices from campaigns to the broader ecommerce team
Oversee and further develop strong relationships platform partnerships with account teams at Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
Leverage customer insights, and constantly monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks in order to adjust Reformation’s growth strategies and tactics
Report to key stakeholders on paid social KPIs
Requirements
5-8 years of experience managing paid social channels, with a minimum of 3 years in ecommerce
Demonstrated management of multi-million dollar media budgets
Strong proficiency in Ecommerce metrics, such as ROAS, CAC, LTV:CAC ratios
Strong understanding of marketing incrementally and experience running incrementally tests
Proven experience managing direct reports in-house
Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
BA/BS in business, economics, mathematics, or related field
Strong team-player who can work well across multiple cross-functional teams
