Develop scalable, user-friendly databases, dashboards, automations, and CRM functionality with Airtable and/or complementary platforms
Integrate emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Gemini) alongside Google Suite, Tableau, Snowflake to create next-generation knowledge and reporting systems
Translate complex business needs into intuitive solutions that drive adoption and deliver actionable insights
Build analytics pipelines and reporting frameworks in collaboration with data science to surface actionable insights for senior leaders
Deliver clear, strategic outputs to help cross-functional teams plan, measure impact, and identify opportunities
Develop documentation, guides, and training to ensure adoption and long-term success
Administer Airtable and other systems to ensure top performance, usability, and reliability
Continuously refine architecture and workflows as organizational needs evolve and evaluate new technologies
Leverage automation and AI to unlock efficiencies and scalability
Drive complex cross-functional projects end-to-end from scoping requirements to delivery
Partner with stakeholders across Policy, Public Affairs, Legal, and Operations to co-create solutions and build buy-in
Collaborate with data science teams to build resources, tracking tools, and optimize integrations
Lead change management strategies, gather user feedback, train and onboard users, and use data to refine processes and drive efficiency
Requirements
5+ years of experience designing, implementing, managing and optimizing Airtable or comparable CRMs, databases, and workflow systems (e.g., Smartsheet, Notion, Asana, Salesforce)
Airtable Academy certifications (Admin and Builder) required
Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and insight generation
Skilled in database and CRM design, automation, and integrations
Proven success in change management, training design, and adoption strategies
Strategic systems thinker with ability to design for scale
Strong relational data modeling and database design skills
Excellent analytical skills—able to turn data into insights and insights into action
Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Customer service mindset focused on solving problems and enabling others
Experienced program leader with track record of guiding complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Curious, innovative, and AI-literate (experience integrating tools like ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Gemini)
Collaborative, self-motivated, and adept at driving alignment across global, remote teams
