💰 $80,000 - $95,000 per year
About the role
- Handle first-level employee relations cases, workplace investigations, performance plans, and general inquiries under supervision, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and care
- Own and enhance our performance management program, including execution, tracking, and process improvement
- Manage and create internal knowledge base content in our internal wiki, Confluence
- Partner with People Operations to analyze employee survey data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights
- Assist People Operations to provide a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience while following established processes
- Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition on various initiatives and administrative tasks
- Work with Compliance to maintain and update policies and documentation
- Provide support during organizational changes, helping ensure smooth transitions
- Assist with additional projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR/People Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with HR systems and tools (Culture Amp and Paylocity preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working remotely and/or distributed (multi-state) [preferred]
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights [preferred]
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and best practices [preferred]
- Experience working in startup environments [preferred]
- Required software: GSuite, Slack, HRIS, engagement and performance management platforms
- Preferred software: Culture Amp, Paylocity
- Must be eligible to be employed in the U.S. and must reside & work in the continental U.S.
