About the role
- Manage and maintain employee records in Rippling, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Support full employee lifecycle processes, including new hire onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
- Generate reports and analytics from Rippling to support HR decision-making
- Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications within Rippling
- Coordinate pre-hire documentation, background checks, and technology setup using Rippling workflows
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions and ensure new hires are fully onboarded into Rippling systems
- Process termination paperwork, exit surveys, and offboarding tasks in Rippling
- Assist with benefits enrollment and changes through Rippling’s benefits administration platform
- Coordinate open enrollment processes, employee communications, and benefits inquiries
- Support payroll processes by ensuring timely and accurate updates to employee records in Rippling
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Prepare compliance-related reports from Rippling, such as I-9 verification, EEO-1 data, and benefits compliance tracking
- Develop HR policies
- Provide HR advice and support to managers, address employee concerns, and conduct investigations
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and help coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience in a multi-state healthcare organization
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and HRIS
- Hands on experience using Rippling for HRIS, payroll, creating workflows and/or benefits administration highly desired
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace including Google Drive (Google docs, sheets, and slides)
- Strong understanding of labor laws
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
