Recruitment

• Own full-cycle recruiting across the company, driving the hiring process from headcount approval request and talent sourcing through offer negotiation and close. This spans from senior leadership, technical positions, customer-facing functions and operational teams etc.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and executives. Guide leveling, build scorecards, design interview loops, and partner with leaders to set the right candidate bar and hiring plan, including the honest conversations when something needs to change.
• Build and actively manage candidate pipelines. Source directly rather than waiting for inbound applicants, and build pipelines that reach a diverse slate of candidates.
• Direct the contract recruiter and internal scheduling and admin support: hand off the right work, brief them well, and keep the process moving.
• Use AI tools of your choice in your daily work to move faster and better: draft and tailor job descriptions, summarize and compare candidate pipelines, write and personalize outreach at volume, and turn role competencies into structured interview question banks. We will not hand you a tool. We expect you to already have AI woven into how you recruit and to show us specifically how.
• Partner with our Director of Total Rewards on compensation benchmarking and pay equity for offers, and lead offer negotiations through to close.
• Manage external recruiting agencies when needed, scope the work, brief them, and hold them to results.
• Own recruiting data and reporting (time to fill, pipeline health, source quality, offer acceptance) and use it to decide where to spend effort.
• Own and improve the hiring process itself, including our applicant tracking system, interviewer training, and the service level agreements between TA and hiring teams.

Principal Talent Acquisition Partner

AI Engineer

• Own the complete AI platform portfolio across three categories: AI-enabled UX, AI agents (MCP/agentic automation), and AI in data processing.
• Drive embedded AI features from internal alpha through production — managing rollout criteria, prompt iteration, success rate thresholds, and the decision framework for when each feature is ready for customer availability.
• Define and maintain Redox's AI investment framework: KPIs, rollout criteria, cost guidelines, and the research agenda for what we still need to learn (monitoring, agentic loops, RAG, re-prompting).
• Manage beta relationships for agentic use cases across multiple customer segments.
• Lead Redox's agentic product strategy — starting with the MCP Server as the current foundation, expanding into native agent support for high-value customer workflows throughout 2026, with a clear 2027 vision & roadmap.
• Equip sales and CS to position Redox's AI platform story accurately.
• Scope and drive overall platform features required to unlock new use case, channel partnerships, & commercial success in the Enterprise customer base.
• Ensure complex infrastructure work (VPN configurations, multi-tenant patterns, integration partner requirements) is scoped clearly and investments are made with commercial need.
• Partner with GTM & Customer Success to enable vendor customer growth (both new business and expansion).
• Contribute to use case development, customer segmentation, & field enablement to close high-value Enterprise vendor deals.

Senior Product Manager II – AI Platform, Agentic Experience

Security Engineer

• Own the lifecycle of our team members. You’ll manage workflows and integrations to ensure the right people have the right access at the right time.
• Act as the primary architect for our macOS fleet using JAMF, ensuring every device is compliant, encrypted, and ready for work with minimal disruptions to the user.
• Monitor and improve DLP posture through technical implementation using Crowdstrike, Slack, and Google.
• Move beyond manual tickets. You’ll utilize and tune automation tools to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and support questions.
• Partner with our DevOps teams to manage security access configurations within AWS, learning to navigate and secure cloud-native environments.
• Champion the use of AI tools to enhance Security and IT efficiency, from automated helpdesk responses to identifying anomalous login patterns.
• Partner with the HR (People) team to create impactful security trainings and updates to empower all employees to be the first line of defense.
• Provide high-touch IT and security support. You’ll be the friendly face of security, helping employees understand why security protocols matter and how to follow them.

Security Engineer III

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own and evolve company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve financial models to support growth and strategic planning
• Deliver monthly reporting packages and dashboards with clear, actionable insights
• Lead scenario planning and develop materials for executive and board-level discussions
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, translating financial data into business decisions
• Partner cross-functionally to align financial plans with company objectives
