Lead strategic client delivery engagements and ensure quality results
Budget and SOW management
Project planning and management (PMO)
Business requirements gathering (research, interviews, workshops)
Process optimization
Training development and deployment (e-learning and instructor-led)
Business plan/case and strategic plan and roadmap development
Solution design and implementation, innovative system design
Quality and compliance, change management
User requirements specifications and user acceptance testing
Systems validation and implementations, document migration
Helpdesk, metrics and KPIs, data governance, IT/Business liaison
Internal responsibilities: contribution to marketing and business development, thought leadership, strategic leadership of internal and client-facing project teams
Oversee and manage teams, supervise staff, take accountability for team performance and deliverable quality
Drive division growth, leverage strategies across Red Nucleus, contribute to company objectives (financial, operational and execution)
Up to 50% travel may be required
Requirements
Solid understanding of drug development lifecycle and supporting process activities
At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
High attention to detail
Self-starter and driven
Ability to multi-task with superior organization skills
Ability to lead and take accountability for driving timelines and project deliverables
Dependable and flexible
Excellent organizational and communication skills essential to working with global and interdisciplinary teams
Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
Working in a Global environment with an understanding of cultural differences and work practices
