Manage end-to-end processes as lead designer to design and develop adult classroom facilitator-led and self-paced materials
Develop and maintain training materials for participants and facilitators with learning objectives, activities, content based on top call drivers, and performance measurements
Collaborate with peers to propose creative learning solutions and identify alternative delivery methods
Interact and lead discussions with multiple key stakeholders to solicit input on program needs and classroom delivery strategies
Mentor peers by conducting peer reviews for other Instructional Designers
Lead learning initiative projects, create onboarding material, and maintain SharePoint site for content creation
Lead or collaborate with business stakeholders for analysis and redesign of curriculum maps
Lead Trainer the Trainer teach backs; synthesize, clarify and follow-up on feedback
Oversee implementation, organize and consolidate feedback, conduct performance analysis to validate training effectiveness, and update materials
Request and interpret reports to perform analysis, trend performance gaps and recommend learning solutions
Research industry trends and recommend innovative techniques to improve standards
Provide support or act as backup to the Instructional Design Manager including coordinating, prioritizing, assigning, and monitoring team work assignments
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university (preferred)
3 - 5 Years of Experience preferred
Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
Strong attention to detail
Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in content development tools (ex: Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 and Vyond)
Proficient in photo and audio editing software (ex: Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Paint, Adobe Audition and Audacity)
Effective presentation skills, including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques
