- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing strategic HR insight, coaching, and organizational guidance
- Design and implement HR initiatives that align with long-term business objectives and company values

- Partner with business leaders to structure teams for agility and efficiency across global operations
- Drive alignment of HR strategies with financial and operational goals to ensure strong performance outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a Fortune 500 organization
- Minimum 5 years at the Director level and 2+ years at the Senior Director or VP level
- Proven success in pharma, biotech, or life sciences sectors strongly preferred
- $225K to $250K base + 30% bonus + relocation assistance
