About the role
- Conduct sales calls with qualified investor leads via phone or Zoom.
- Present sourcing packages in a confident and professional manner, highlighting their value.
- Handle objections effectively and guide clients to make informed decisions.
- Build strong client relationships to drive conversions and encourage referrals.
- Record and track sales activity in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on progress and results.
- Follow company sales frameworks while applying personal sales expertise.
- Work 3-5 hours a day (part-time).
Requirements
- Proven experience in closing high-value sales.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional manner.
- Confidence in engaging with high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, with evidence of past success.
- Organisational ability and experience updating CRM systems accurately.
- A results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Collaborative spirit with the drive to contribute to team success.
- Background in property, investment, or financial services sales.
- Familiarity with UK property strategies such as Buy-to-Let, BRRR, or flips.
