About the role
- Lead and manage the client intake process from first contact through signed engagement.
- Conduct initial consultations, provide legal guidance, and evaluate case viability.
- Convert consultations into active clients in a high-volume environment.
- Accurately document client details and ensure smooth case handoffs to internal teams.
- Collaborate with litigation, probate, real estate, and business law attorneys for case transitions.
- Address client concerns and maintain satisfaction throughout the intake process.
- Support leadership with staff training and process improvement.
Requirements
- Licensed attorney with 5–10 years of experience, preferably in civil litigation.
- Proven sales or business development experience within or outside of law.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and client service skills.
- Highly driven, energetic, and persistent — with a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to work remotely with responsiveness and strong organization skills.
