About the role

  • Lead and manage the client intake process from first contact through signed engagement
  • Conduct initial consultations, provide legal guidance, and evaluate case viability
  • Convert consultations into active clients in a high-volume, sales-focused environment
  • Accurately document client details and ensure smooth case handoffs to internal teams
  • Collaborate with litigation, probate, real estate, and business law attorneys for case transitions
  • Address client concerns and maintain satisfaction throughout the intake process
  • Support leadership with staff training and process improvement
  • Preference for on-site full-time work in Colorado offices, with Remote/Hybrid opportunities available

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney (bar admission) in Colorado, Texas, Arkansas, Michigan, Kentucky, Oklahoma, North Carolina, or Illinois
  • 5–10 years of litigation experience (preferably civil litigation)
  • Proven sales or business development experience within or outside of law
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and client service skills
  • Highly driven, energetic, persistent, and proactive work ethic
  • Ability to work remotely with responsiveness and strong organization skills
  • Ability to conduct client-facing consultations and convert prospects to clients
