💰 $120,000 - $150,000 per year
About the role
- Lead and manage the client intake process from first contact through signed engagement
- Conduct initial consultations, provide legal guidance, and evaluate case viability
- Convert consultations into active clients in a high-volume, sales-focused environment
- Accurately document client details and ensure smooth case handoffs to internal teams
- Collaborate with litigation, probate, real estate, and business law attorneys for case transitions
- Address client concerns and maintain satisfaction throughout the intake process
- Support leadership with staff training and process improvement
- Preference for on-site full-time work in Colorado offices, with Remote/Hybrid opportunities available
Requirements
- Licensed attorney (bar admission) in Colorado, Texas, Arkansas, Michigan, Kentucky, Oklahoma, North Carolina, or Illinois
- 5–10 years of litigation experience (preferably civil litigation)
- Proven sales or business development experience within or outside of law
- Strong communication, persuasion, and client service skills
- Highly driven, energetic, persistent, and proactive work ethic
- Ability to work remotely with responsiveness and strong organization skills
- Ability to conduct client-facing consultations and convert prospects to clients
