Support Engineer

• Use your technical expertise and customer service skills to resolve questions and issues for our online merchants
• Communicate clearly in writing to both technical and non-technical people
• Use our “live chat first” approach to clearly answer questions, triage and gather context as needed, moving to email for any deeper investigations when necessary.
• Occasional outbound phone calls with customers when the issue requires quick context gathering
• Identify patterns, recommend improvements, filter out unimportant issues, troubleshoot and escalate bugs to engineering
• Contribute to the ongoing development of documentation and best practices
• Be a Recharge expert for our merchants to help them grow by knowing the product well and staying up to date with the new releases

• The Subscriptions Team at Recharge is responsible for several services that are integral to our business, as well as building pivotal core features for our merchants and their customers.
• They work to build, maintain, and improve several services, including Subscriptions, Orders, Discounts, Shipping, Taxes, and key integrations with Shopify.

Product Manager

• Lead product discovery, validation, and delivery for early stage product initiatives from idea to launch
• Partner closely with the Group Product Manager to define product vision, strategy, and priorities
• Own product decisions within defined problem spaces, aligning with the Group Product Manager on strategic direction and tradeoffs
• Make informed bets, learn quickly from outcomes, and adjust direction when experiments do not succeed
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and testable solutions
• Own end to end execution including PRDs, experiment design, rollout plans, and iteration
• Work directly with senior leaders to align on goals, tradeoffs, and outcomes
• Engage closely with merchants and partners to deeply understand needs and validate direction
