Requirements

Prior experience shipping production software (preferably recently as an independent contributor)
Comfort in React or Python codebases (preferably both!)
Someone who reads the code, not just the ticket
A bias to action - low tolerance for ambiguity sitting unresolved - you make the calls and move
Genuine curiosity about how LLMs and AI tooling are changing how engineers work
