Assistant Designer industriel – Stage

Project Manager

• Participate in gathering information and materials necessary for project implementation.
• Manage projects of varying scope (replenishments, decorative items, POS display installations) from project opening to file closure.
• Prepare and inspect prototypes in coordination with project managers.
• Create and maintain tracking tools (project schedules/retro-planning, price sheets, margin calculations).
• Draft and enter client quotes (under the supervision of the Director or Project Managers).
• Handle purchasing and supplier orders.
• Place and verify purchase orders and ensure entry into the SAGE software.
• Monitor smooth delivery and replenishment processes in coordination with the logistics department.
• Update client and supplier databases in the ERP, under the control of the administrative and accounting department.
• Contribute to document management: create product labels or barcodes, prepare packing lists, and ready delivery notes.
• Manage, under supervision, client and supplier credit note requests.
• Update product bibles and presentation materials.
• Prepare materials needed for client meetings (presentation materials, prototypes, showroom).
• Take part in organizing and maintaining workspaces (cleaning, tidying, coordination).
• Ensure compliance with the Group’s environmental and social commitments (ISO 14001, FSC, Eco Popai, Imprim’Vert, Global Compact).
• Promote eco-design to clients and partners.

Production Project Assistant – Work-Study (M/F)

• Participate in collecting the information and materials required to implement projects.
• Track projects of various scopes (replenishments, decorative items, POS displays) from project opening to file closure.
• Prepare and inspect prototypes in coordination with project managers.
• Set up and update tracking tools (project schedules/backward planning, price sheets, margin calculations).
• Prepare and enter client quotes (under the supervision of the Director or Project Managers).
• Manage purchasing and supplier orders.
• Place and verify purchase orders and ensure data entry in SAGE.
• Monitor the proper execution of deliveries and replenishments, in coordination with the Logistics department.
• Update customer and supplier databases in the ERP, under the oversight of the administrative and accounting department.
• Contribute to document management: creation of product labels or barcodes, preparation of packing lists, and preparation of delivery notes.
• Handle customer and supplier credit note requests under supervision.

Production Project Assistant – Internship

• Support the Operations Manager on the following tasks:
• Work with the Design/Engineering office to implement production projects
• Contribute to the study and creation of upcoming 3D designs
• Create and model POS/POP display projects (PLV)
• Produce image renderings
• Prepare print-ready files
• Prepare company presentations in PowerPoint and other materials
• Assist with project follow-up, photo shoots, etc.

Design & Production Project Manager – Internship

Manager

• Gather and analyze client requirements, review specifications and assess feasibility
• Prepare quotes or validate those produced by the teams
• Validate technical feasibility of products or product ranges in collaboration with the Design Office / R&D
• Approve the launch of tooling defined by the Design Office
• Monitor supplier purchases and subcontracting in collaboration with production management
• Set production objectives in terms of quality, quantities, cost and deadlines
• Initiate production files and manage them through to delivery
• Supervise the entire manufacturing process (temporary and permanent POS displays)
• Drive and schedule production with Workshop Managers
• Lead daily team meetings
• Verify conformity and quality of production against the manufacturing file and the initial prototype
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs, lead times and processes
• Ensure the improvement and compliance of existing and upcoming procedures within the scope of certifications

PLV Production Manager — Permanent

• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and retaining our clients, with the objective of growing revenue.
• Develop and retain existing clients by proposing creative, tailored solutions to their needs
• Manage and ensure the administrative and budgetary follow-up for assigned projects
• Prepare schedules and quotations in compliance with our processes while seeking the best solutions
• Monitor margins and ensure targets are met
• Maintain smooth communication between clients and internal or external teams, notably for manufacturing and logistics
• Inspect the quality of finished products before they leave the workshops
• Support the installation of in-store displays and oversee photographic documentation of completed projects
• Participate in competitor monitoring and share differentiating insights to optimize the company’s positioning.
