About the role

  • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and retaining our clients, with the objective of growing revenue.
  • Develop and retain existing clients by proposing creative, tailored solutions to their needs
  • Manage and ensure the administrative and budgetary follow-up for assigned projects
  • Prepare schedules and quotations in compliance with our processes while seeking the best solutions
  • Monitor margins and ensure targets are met
  • Maintain smooth communication between clients and internal or external teams, notably for manufacturing and logistics
  • Inspect the quality of finished products before they leave the workshops
  • Support the installation of in-store displays and oversee photographic documentation of completed projects
  • Participate in competitor monitoring and share differentiating insights to optimize the company’s positioning.

Requirements

  • You have proven experience in project management in a similar environment
  • Strong listening skills and client relationship abilities are a major asset for understanding and meeting client needs
  • Knowledge of various materials and manufacturing techniques will enable you to innovate and propose creative solutions
  • You are rigorous in the administrative and budgetary management of projects
  • Your team spirit and dynamism will make you an essential contributor to our collective success.
