About the role
- Gather and analyze client requirements, review specifications and assess feasibility
- Prepare quotes or validate those produced by the teams
- Validate technical feasibility of products or product ranges in collaboration with the Design Office / R&D
- Approve the launch of tooling defined by the Design Office
- Monitor supplier purchases and subcontracting in collaboration with production management
- Set production objectives in terms of quality, quantities, cost and deadlines
- Initiate production files and manage them through to delivery
- Supervise the entire manufacturing process (temporary and permanent POS displays)
- Drive and schedule production with Workshop Managers
- Lead daily team meetings
- Verify conformity and quality of production against the manufacturing file and the initial prototype
- Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs, lead times and processes
- Ensure the improvement and compliance of existing and upcoming procedures within the scope of certifications
Requirements
- Degree equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+4 in POS display production or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, with solid command of the different stages of the print/graphics production chain
- Thorough knowledge of cardboard/board materials and printing techniques
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
- Strong interpersonal skills: attentive listener, persuasive and able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency with office software, particularly Excel
- Autonomous, rigorous, detail-oriented and motivated to actively contribute to the excellence and efficiency of our POS display projects
