About the role

  • Work closely with the Razer Game Service global business unit to drive increased and enhanced support for partners in the gaming industry.
  • Spearhead go-to-market (GTM) operations for new game launches and provide live operations support across emerging regions (SEA, LATAM, MENA).
  • Oversee end-to-end operational readiness, ensuring successful regional publishing and scaling live game operations.
  • Monitor gaming trends in SEA and source suitable game content to meet market demands.
  • Identify and evaluate titles for the SEA market; set up and manage a structured game evaluation process involving country teams.
  • Negotiate agreements with partners; manage, review, and renew contracts to maximize business value.
  • Ensure compliance and due diligence during the onboarding of new partners.
  • Assist in identifying service vendors for marketing, localization, and partnerships; oversee vendor onboarding and negotiate favorable terms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Game Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development within the gaming or digital content industry.
  • Proven experience in game sourcing, evaluation, and acquisition, with strong knowledge of mobile gaming market preferences.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale regional game publishing operations and live game operations.
  • Deep understanding of player community management and service excellence.
  • Detail-oriented, highly adaptable, with strong project management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; capable of working cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
  • Familiarity with SEA gaming landscape, including popular genres, distribution platforms, and local regulations (a plus).
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English.
