Account Executive

• Own the overall business relationship with Target and serve as the primary sales lead for the account
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly account plans to achieve revenue, profit, and market share objectives
• Lead demand forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory management activities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• Secure and manage purchase orders, promotional commitments, and retail program execution
• Drive effective promotional planning and merchandising strategies to maximize sell-through and category performance

• Design, develop, and maintain core components of the Interhaptics haptic engine
• Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to testing and optimisation
• Build scalable software abstractions to support both existing and upcoming haptic devices
• Implement high-performance, real-time haptic rendering and playback systems
• Optimise system performance and minimise latency across desktop, mobile, and console platforms
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure seamless integration within the broader ecosystem
• Contribute to SDKs, APIs, and developer-facing tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cross-platform and cross-device issues

• Lead the overall backend system development for Razer Gold.
• Proactively drive the design and implementation of the Razer Gold core backend system.
• Engaging with Product and various partner teams for business and technical requirements.
• Driving the review of the technical design and implementation of the team.

• Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into the Razer Gold Digital Wallet ecosystem.
• Shape intelligent wallet experiences, optimizing payment operations, and enabling data-driven decision-making across global markets.
• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities within the Razer Gold Digital Wallet platform.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI to improve wallet performance, risk management, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Translate business problems into clear AI use cases, including automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making.
• Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered wallet features such as fraud and risk detection, transaction monitoring, and anomaly detection.
