About the role
- Design and execute integrated, multi-channel strategic marketing plans for key solutions and partnerships aligned with firmwide growth goals.
- Collaborate with alliance partners and internal leaders to launch go-to-market initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Design and execute high-impact campaigns and compelling content, including supporting content, assets, and event programs.
- Develop engaging and brand-aligned collateral, case studies, thought leadership, videos, and other marketing channel content.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline execution, optimize performance, and measure ROI across campaigns.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, serving as a go-to marketing advisor who aligns initiatives with business needs.
- Contribute to other solutions and partner marketing programs across the firm as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 6+ years of multi-channel B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services or the technology/finance ecosystem.
- Proven success in partner marketing with technology solution providers or VARs.
- Strong knowledge of how to maximize owned and partner marketing channels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives with precision and creativity.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Agility and curiosity to thrive as a full-stack marketer in an evolving landscape.
- Ability to work from our Tysons/McLean, VA office at least two days per week.
