Own reporting and analytics for your channels, building clear narratives around performance and recommending optimizations.
Collaborate closely with growth marketing, product, content, and design teams to drive innovative campaign strategies and creative execution.
Partner with line of business leaders to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
Measure channel effectiveness and run test-and-learn programs to continuously improve results.
Serve as the subject matter expert and advocate for advertising and app messaging channels in cross-functional forums and leadership updates.
Ensure consistency and continuity between advertising campaigns and other digital channels.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising, with proven success managing multi-channel campaigns.
Hands-on expertise with major ad platforms and CRM/app messaging tools.
Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to interpret data, build compelling performance narratives, and make clear recommendations.
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, reporting, and vendor/agency relationships.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present results and advocate for channel success at senior levels.
