About the role

  • Support development and execution of go-to-market plans for propositions, including our loyalty currency, FanCash and our loyalty program, Fanatics ONE, among wider Fanatics initiatives.
  • Drive day-to-day growth initiatives that increase acquisition, engagement, and retention for new and existing players while achieving commercial targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics to deliver projects on time and effectively.
  • Execute against reporting cadence, ensuring accuracy of KPIs and visibility to key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to shaping product roadmaps, audience targeting, messaging, and CRM campaigns, in close partnership with senior leaders.
  • Track promo budgets and campaign performance to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Provide insights from customer data, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform tactical decision-making.
  • Use data and research to drive insights and recommendations to the product and commercial roadmap.
  • Analyse and understand product-market-fit and underserved customer needs to drive feature innovation and experimentation.
  • Partner with budget and media owners to optimize spend and maximize ROI.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership, identifying opportunities for innovation and long-term growth.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Managers/Analysts on the Growth Strategy team.
  • Be a passionate subject matter expert on FBG propositions and the real money gaming and sports/entertainment industry.
  • Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team building activities

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in growth strategy, GTM, or commercial roles.
  • Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and execution-driven.
  • Analytical mindset; able to turn insights into tactical improvements.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing peers.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • Deep passion for sports, gaming, or entertainment products that drive empathetic and thoughtful product decisions affecting end users.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to simply and clearly articulate product decisions and value propositions to senior leaders.
  • Collaborative personality, with an ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally across different product orgs and teams at Fanatics.
  • Experience in the online gaming, loyalty, or casino industry a plus.
