About the role

  • Drive adoption and retention of the RateMyAgent platform across brokerage accounts and agent teams
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with brokerages and their leadership teams
  • Oversee a high-performing team that supports onboarding, education, and retention of individual agents
  • Monitor brokerage-level usage and adoption patterns to anticipate needs and guide strategic engagement
  • Lead and coach a team of offshore Onboarding Specialists / Adoption Coordinators responsible for agent-level support
  • Ensure the team effectively onboards, activates, and retains agents across brokerage, team, and organic channels
  • Set and track team KPIs related to agent activation, product usage, NPS, and retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable onboarding and engagement programs for real estate professionals
  • Identify friction points in the onboarding or retention process and implement data-informed solutions
  • Support escalations or at-risk accounts, ensuring proactive resolutions and customer satisfaction
  • Track both brokerage- and agent-level metrics related to activation, engagement, and platform satisfaction
  • Deliver regular updates to internal stakeholders with performance insights and improvement opportunities
  • Use data to refine team processes, training content, and customer engagement strategies
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey
  • Provide structured feedback from broker and agent experiences to inform product roadmap and service enhancements

Requirements

  • 3+ years in account management, customer success or SaaS onboarding
  • Experience leading a team, managing performance, coaching and setting goals
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Intercom etc
  • Experience in the brokerage / realty sector including onboarding workflows and brokerage dynamics (preferable)
  • Experience working in a high growth business environment and start up culture is advantageous
