About the role

  • Execute sales strategies and engage directly with customers and partners to drive regional growth initiatives.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits with retail partners, sports academies, training centers, and direct-to-consumer events and activations.
  • Present and demonstrate Rapsodo products to prospective and existing customers across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local accounts, distributors, and consumers.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and educational sessions tailored to B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Execute territory-specific sales plans aligned with national goals for business and consumer markets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to market expansion across retail, institutional, and direct channels.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitive activity.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide timely updates.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and cross-functional teams; participate in monthly office meetings and team reviews.
  • Share field insights to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Hands-on field role with strong emphasis on in-person customer visits and monthly collaboration at the Japan office.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales experience, ideally with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and territory planning abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling.
  • Requirement to travel and be in the Yokohama office 1 week per month.
  • Passion for sports—especially golf or baseball—is a strong plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • English proficiency a plus.
  • This is an individual contributor role.
