About the role
- Work out of North America Headquarters in St Louis and join the North America finance team
- Manage all aspects of full-cycle accounting ensuring accuracy, integrity, and GAAP compliance
- Accounts Payable: process and track vendor invoices, assist with purchase orders, perform three-way matching, ensure timely payments
- Accounts Receivable: manage customer invoicing, record cash receipts, monitor collections, handle payment processing
- Maintain Fixed Asset Module in NetSuite and calculate depreciation per company policies
- Lead month-end close processes and quarter-end reporting
- Provide audit support by preparing schedules, liaising with external auditors, and explaining A/R and A/P processes
- Identify and implement process improvements and support special projects
- Produce weekly reports on Aged A/R, Aged A/P, order backlog, and ad hoc reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting and monitor expenditures
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Able to handle tasks independently and within a tight deadline
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience with NetSuite accounting system preferred but not required
- Experience with SaaS revenue recognition is a plus
- CPA or progress toward certification preferred but not required
