About the role
- Support Clinical Services team through November 1st by managing scheduling confirmations, communications, and logistics
- Confirm staffing for upcoming clinical events and ensure team members acknowledge and commit to assigned schedules
- Send arrival instructions, site details, and necessary documentation or equipment reminders
- Track confirmations and flag unstaffed or at-risk events to clinical leadership
- Serve as point of contact for scheduling-related questions and escalate issues as needed
- Support accurate calendar management and documentation for clinical events
- Collaborate closely with clinical operations managers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Schedule: 40 hours/week (Monday through Friday); temporary role
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Experience coordinating schedules or logistics (healthcare, clinical, or staffing coordination experience preferred)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and/or scheduling tools
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
