Administrative Assistant

• Support Clinical Services team through November 1st by managing scheduling confirmations, communications, and logistics
• Confirm staffing for upcoming clinical events and ensure team members acknowledge and commit to assigned schedules
• Send arrival instructions, site details, and necessary documentation or equipment reminders
• Track confirmations and flag unstaffed or at-risk events to clinical leadership
• Serve as point of contact for scheduling-related questions and escalate issues as needed
• Support accurate calendar management and documentation for clinical events
• Collaborate closely with clinical operations managers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Schedule: 40 hours/week (Monday through Friday); temporary role
