About the role
- Develop and execute brand plans that consistently deliver sales, share, and profit targets.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Understand target audiences and competitors and turn insights into growth-driving actions.
- Lead new product launches and packaging updates.
- Work closely with other departments and agency partners to ensure execution delivers measurable customer and sales outcomes.
- Owns brand budget, forecasts sales and margins, and delivers consistent ROI on investments.
- Provide guidance to junior marketing team members and external partners.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Animal Science, or Ag Business related field
- 7+ years of responsibility in marketing, brand and/or product management
- Strong business and technical acumen with a strategic mindset
- Proven ability to translate market needs into actionable marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to execute strategies and initiatives
- Passion for understanding customer challenges and delivering innovative solutions
