Account Manager

• Achieve sales goals and manage the budget for assigned accounts
• Develop and execute strategic account plans
• Identify customer needs and recommend corresponding Ralco solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, producers, and key stakeholders
• Provide training and product demonstrations for distributors and end users
• Document customer interactions and account activity in Salesforce
• Maintain accurate account records in the CRM and contribute to process improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, programs, and distribution alignment
• Participate in trade shows, meetings, and industry events
• Resolve customer issues and support product development opportunities
• Maintain a professional presence and vehicle
• Work with technical counterparts and product specialists to define go-to-market strategy, product positioning, benefits, research support, competitive differentiation, and target customers
• Lead account teams and provide excellent customer service
• Achieve growth-plan objectives related to sales and profitability of assigned accounts
