Lead the end-to-end creation and execution of multi-channel member outreach campaigns (email, mail, digital events, creative campaigns)
Write, edit, and test copy that engages different population segments across clients
Partner with Customer Success and clients to recommend rollout strategies tailored to specific populations and enrollment goals
Maintain campaign calendars and documentation, ensuring clarity across internal and client teams
Own and improve workflows for launching campaigns at scale, driving operational excellenceIdentify new growth or engagement opportunities based on campaign data and audience behavior
Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience executing high volume marketing campaigns, preferably for a B2B2C product.
Experience using and executing campaigns in Braze software
Experience creating and implementing comprehensive enrollment marketing plans, preferably for a B2B2C product
Demonstrated success driving multi-channel engagement and member acquisition using segmentation, personalization and triggered communications
Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating with and presenting to clients
Experience managing and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data to inform strategy adjustments
Track and report on key performance indicators related to enrollment marketing efforts
Motivated and energetic, proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn quickly and drive toward defined goals and targets in a fast-paced high growth environment
