About the role
- Create high-quality, photo realistic, mock-ups and visualizations for client presentations, proposals, and internal projects.
- Photo Retouching - Retouch Day/night and drone shots (exposure, color, cleanup, sky swaps as needed).
- Design branded decks (pitches, proposals, case studies, recaps) in PowerPoint/Adobe.
- Maintain slide masters, icon sets, and layout libraries for speed and consistency.
- Collaborate with designers, sales, and marketing teams to translate concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
- Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Edit and prepare images, logos, and creative files for mock-ups and production.
- Assist with layout design, formatting, and presentation materials.
- Maintain an organized library of creative assets and templates.
- Support the creative team with brainstorming, research, and ideation when needed.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements
- Recent graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or design environments preferred (internships or coursework acceptable for entry-level candidates).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
- Strong eye for design, layout, and visual detail.
- Ability to balance creativity with precision and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple deadlines and tight turn arounds.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
