About the role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy to expand market share and retain key customers
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including providers and executives
  • Identify customer needs and coordinate internal teams to deliver customized hybrid, multi-cloud solutions
  • Oversee sales process, monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and take corrective action as needed
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales efforts
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis and provide feedback to private cloud product teams
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management and manage sales pipeline
  • Own and execute pursuit process for large critical deals and provide continuous coaching to sales organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Prefer MBA or graduate degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated successful Sales Leadership experience
  • Extensive experience in IT/Technology sales in high-growth environments
  • Previous sales experience selling IT solutions and services in a healthcare provider segment
  • Familiarity with payer and life sciences segments (highly desired)
  • Excellent management skills and in-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Strong time management, communication, decision-making, presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to own and execute the entire pursuit process for large and critical deals
  • Commitment to servant leadership culture and ability to drive change at all levels of the business
