About the role
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy to expand market share and retain key customers
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including providers and executives
- Identify customer needs and coordinate internal teams to deliver customized hybrid, multi-cloud solutions
- Oversee sales process, monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and take corrective action as needed
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales efforts
- Conduct market and competitive analysis and provide feedback to private cloud product teams
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management and manage sales pipeline
- Own and execute pursuit process for large critical deals and provide continuous coaching to sales organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Prefer MBA or graduate degree
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated successful Sales Leadership experience
- Extensive experience in IT/Technology sales in high-growth environments
- Previous sales experience selling IT solutions and services in a healthcare provider segment
- Familiarity with payer and life sciences segments (highly desired)
- Excellent management skills and in-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Strong time management, communication, decision-making, presentation and organizational skills
- Ability to own and execute the entire pursuit process for large and critical deals
- Commitment to servant leadership culture and ability to drive change at all levels of the business
- Base pay range: $296,800 - $522,170 per year
