About the role

Lead and manage a team: set goals, provide guidance and support, ensure resources, resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and report quality
Maintain integrity, consistency and accuracy of database and reports
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and draw business-relevant conclusions
Build and maintain data visualizations and reporting (Power BI and SQL)
Process confidential data and information according to guidelines
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Produce excellent documentation and follow through on commitments

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
Must have working knowledge of min 4 years in Power BI and SQL (Must Have)
Good communication skills
