About the role
- Define and execute productivity framework based on standard activities, leading and lagging indicators
- Think proactively about how AI can enhance internal productivity and improve partner experience
- Work cross functionally with sales, planning, and business intelligence teams to validate sales and partner team evaluations
- Create and track KPIs and make recommendations on data driven outputs
- Develop and track KPIs, ensure smooth operating and reporting structure, and analyze tools and processes to increase productivity
- Articulate recommendations clearly and concisely to partner leaders and stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in partner operations, sales operations, management consulting, data science, or investment banking
- Excellent Excel, Salesforce, BI/Analytics, Snowflake/SQL tooling skills
- Driven and proactive mindset, looking to break the norm
- Creative mindset and ability to transform existing processes with AI
- Ability to make clear recommendations backed by data
- Collaborative and able to work cross functionally
- Deliver clear, concise presentations and recommendations
