About the role
- Design, build, and maintain performance metrics for operations (e.g., inbound partner rejection rates, payment speed, response times, root causes of delays)
- Analyze results and create regular reports to support strategic decision-making
- Identify root causes of rejections or inefficiencies and propose concrete improvements to processes
- Present findings and recommendations to the area leadership and other internal teams
- Collaborate with the commercial team to explain metrics and provide support in partner relationships
- Present insights and performance reports directly to clients during meetings
- Ensure the quality and consistency of data used for analysis
Requirements
- Previous experience in data analysis or performance roles within operations, payments, or fintech
- Educational background in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
- Strong command of data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI or similar)
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively, both verbally and through executive reports
- Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to work autonomously
