About the role
- Guide clients in redefining critical reporting and analytics to use Kraken data through hands-on query writing, working sessions, and trainings
- Advise clients, including senior leadership, on building high-performing, business-centric data organisations and modern tech stacks
- Strategically define and prioritize client data needs to influence the Kraken data product roadmap
- Partner with engineering to deliver new data features and requirements aligned to client use cases
- Train Kraken’s broader client delivery team on leveraging data and asking effective data questions
- Support clients’ reporting and analytics transition to Kraken, including hands-on query writing and solving data challenges
- Upskill clients and colleagues to ensure clients get full value from Kraken data and achieve business and clean energy goals
Requirements
- Degree qualified equivalent, with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
- Several years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles (analytics manager, lead data analyst, analytics or data consultant or similar)
- Strong familiarity with modern data practices and tools
- Strong facility with SQL and modern BI tools
- Familiarity with agile product development practices and experience collaborating with engineering
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
- Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
- Patience working with clients undergoing large transformations
- Experience in the energy sector a plus
