About the role
- Serve as primary point of contact for all day-to-day activities within the Client Experience Team
- Establish trusted relationships with assigned clients and expand partnerships through selling new solutions when appropriate
- Provide leadership and support to the Client Experience Team and collaborate across departments to drive high client satisfaction and safeguard client retention
- Project leadership requiring cross-collaboration with multiple organization units
- Drive high Net Promoter Score (NPS) results across client portfolio
- Participate in contracting and contract renewal process
- Provide leadership within the Client Experience team, potential to have direct report(s)
- Lead creation and presentation of business reviews
- Assist in implementation of new solutions and onboarding of new clients
- Follow account management and client experience best practices
Requirements
- 8-10 years of account management, client experience management, and/or revenue cycle operations consulting experience working with Director-level partners is preferred.
- Healthcare revenue cycle and revenue integrity experience working with acute care provider organizations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including basic to intermediate Excel functions, and CRM application use
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (preferred)
