Own the global sales P&L, delivering revenue and margin targets across all markets.
Develop and execute global sales strategy aligned with ONE/SIZE’s growth ambitions and brand positioning.
Lead and manage our global retail Sales organization, including developing and coaching our growing Sales team.
Lead account management across Sephora, Boots, and other strategic partners, negotiating joint business plans, category expansions, exclusives, and promotional strategies.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key retailers globally, while managing distributor relationships and adapting strategies for regional dynamics.
Ensure flawless retail execution, from launches to merchandising to sell-through performance.
Develop seasonal retail programs and promotions, working closely with the Marketing Team, and lead the creation and execution of ONE/SIZE’s retail marketing strategy across new product launches, Holiday, Sampling and Events.
Lead and own the planning and management of all retail launches, including system set up, allocations, visual merchandising execution, field execution and field communication, partnering closely with Merchandising, Demand Planning, and other cross-functional groups.
Meet or exceed revenue targets by strategically optimizing sales performance and growth, analyzing retail sales by territory, door, weekly, monthly, and quarterly to understand key trends and build key strategies based on key learnings.
Lead, coach, and manage our sales team, identifying key business drivers and best practices critical for growth for each specific market and ensuring strategic alignment from the Sales team with our broader business goals across Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Digital, Product Development, and Finance & Operations.
Create detailed forecasts in collaboration with supply chain and operations teams, facilitating optimal planning and alignment between sales and production.
Serve as the voice of Retail Sales on the ONE/SIZE Executive Leadership Committee.
Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience in beauty sales, Sephora experience required
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with a high level of detail in a high-pressure environment
Has the ability to roll up your sleeves and work in a start-up environment with high accountability and a player-coach mentality
Strong technical skills with high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and other Microsoft suite tools, as well as ERP systems such as NetSuite
