About the role
- Meet with existing Quartzy customers at their labs in the Bay Area to grow e-commerce adoption
- Use Salesforce/Looker data to identify expansion opportunities
- Build trust with scientists, lab managers, and finance teams and position Quartzy as the best, most cost-effective choice
- Introduce labs to new product categories and promotions
- Track buying patterns and share insights with product/ops to sharpen positioning
Requirements
- 3+ years of life-sciences sales experience (field preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/overachieving revenue expansion quotas
- Strong communicator, comfortable managing a high volume of accounts in-person and virtually
- CRM and pipeline discipline (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with ability to travel daily across territory
