About the role
- Independently manage client relationships and accounts handling venture-backed accounts
- Act as the primary client point of contact for providing day-to-day service
- Develop, analyze, and implement competitive insurance programs
- Manage the onboarding process of new clients and the marketing process for prospect companies
- Perform thorough contract reviews and maintain current files
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of brokerage experience is required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and its more complex features
- Property and Casualty Insurance license is required (to have or obtain within 3 months of start date)
- Excellent time management skills
- Intermediate project planning and management skills
- Ability to forge relationships and build trust
