Account Manager

• Manage client relationships and develop team service strategy, plan and processes to meet client needs. Provide client advocacy as primary point of contact.
• Independently prepare for, plan and conduct client meetings.
• Manage preparation of new business RFP’s; market new and renewal accounts; develop and manage service calendars and prepare presentations for new clients.
• Provide strategic management new and renewal business risk identification and program design (including contract and claims history review.)
• Participate in prospecting activities to both identify and close new business.

Senior Account Manager – Life Sciences

AI Engineer

• Build and scale the agent runtime at Newfront
• Design and own RAG and document understanding pipelines for complex insurance artifacts
• Build the connector framework that lets AI agents and pipelines reach into the systems brokers actually use
• Establish the evaluation and observability backbone for AI at Newfront
• Own model routing and the model gateway
• Stand up and operate on-premise model hosting
• Ship AI product features end-to-end on top of the platform

Senior AI Engineer

• Build 0-1 AI systems that transform core brokering workflows – from intelligent submission processing that auto-extracts data from 100+ page documents and routes complex commercial policies between AI agents and expert brokers, to autonomous AI that enables brokers to manage 1000+ client renewals simultaneously, owning the full stack from prototype to production.
• Embed directly with brokering teams, underwriters, and operations to identify automation opportunities, building solutions side-by-side with the people who use them daily. You'll be acting as an internal FDE, where you're both engineer and business strategist.
• Ship production-ready AI features that deliver measurable impact – reducing quote turnaround time by 80%, increasing broker capacity by 10x, and improving placement success rates through intelligent market matching and risk assessment.
• Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks for AI in regulated insurance contexts, implementing comprehensive testing pipelines, hallucination detection, and accuracy monitoring to ensure our AI systems meet both compliance requirements and performance targets.
• Drive rapid experimentation cycles using modern AI development practices, moving from concept to deployed solution in weeks while maintaining quality through automated testing and progressive rollout strategies.
• Develop the next generation of AI talent by mentoring engineers on production AI systems, sharing learnings from real-world deployments, and establishing best practices for building reliable AI in financial services.
• Pioneer the application of cutting-edge AI research to insurance challenges, from multi-agent systems for complex underwriting to advanced RAG architectures for policy knowledge management.
• Own the complete product development lifecycle for AI initiatives, from initial problem discovery and technical design through frontend interfaces that make AI capabilities intuitive for non-technical users.

Staff AI Engineer

Risk

• Developing and providing consultation, risk assessment, program development, and training in both English and Spanish for Newfront clients.
• Working directly with Newfront account executives and producers, insurance carriers, and clients to provide and coordinate risk control services.
• Developing, designing, and delivering occupational health and safety written policies, on-site training programs, and content.
• Supporting clients in completing risk control assessments and implementing improvement plans designed to reduce total cost of risk.
• Partnering with account teams to support client relationships and contribute to renewal strategy and service planning.
• Assisting with sales and business development efforts through participation in webinars, articles, client presentations, and industry events.
• Supporting investigations into accidents and trends using root cause analysis techniques and help identify actionable prevention opportunities.
