Client Services Representative

• Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team, including staffing, training, performance management, and resource allocation.
• Foster a high-performing, client-focused culture, ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence.
• Manage end-to-end book of business for account management services, including GA/AHP launches, annual renewals, and ongoing operations.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, insurance carriers, and TPAs, ensuring engagement, satisfaction, and strategic alignment.

Payroll

• Manage end to end payroll processing for 5 to 7 high-touch, complex, multi-state clients accurately and according to their respective payroll cycles.
• Manage benefits administration tasks on behalf of client including audit and review of data to ensure accuracy. Audit all payroll related transactions to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Support HR Consultant's on client projects and deliverables such as new hire onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, etc.
• Process new state and local tax registrations.
• Provide second tier review for payrolls processed by HR Associates as necessary.
• Provide back-up to HR Consultants as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

• Manage successful outsourcing of workflows including, but not limited to, certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, auto identification cards, policy checking, claim management and MVRs.
• Perform database file management and input information accurately; manage and maintain documents in agency management system.
• Manage alerts from various carrier websites and other resources.
• Prepare and review client communications and deliverables. Assist in the preparation and distribution of client deliverables.
• Monitor and manage the process of client information, new business, renewals, endorsement, reinstatements and cancellations.
• Prepare, monitor and resolve billing discrepancies and perform reconciliations.
• Execute consistent and accurate data, information entry and maintenance in various systems including AMS, SharePoint, etc.
• Execute consistent and accurate database and document management processes and workflows.
• Coordinate and own the renewal process workflow for successful, timely execution.
• Provide training to Account Assistants.
