About the role
- Management of Key Account clients in the Specialized channel
- Analysis of trade marketing activity performance with a focus on gaining Market Share, Sell-Out and improving assortment
- Preparation of diagnostics and action plans for Market Share and Sell-Out with customized strategies for each channel client
- Development of annual planning (Joint Business Plan - JBP) for clients and monthly monitoring of results
- Negotiation of promotional activities, extra placement, store activations and application of POS materials (MPDVs) with channel clients
- Budget management
- Liaison with other business areas such as Commercial, RGM, Customer, Marketing, Execution, Perfect Store and Marketplace
- Regular meetings with clients and the commercial team
- Development and monitoring of product launch, listing/assortment and performance plans
- Field activities to identify opportunities, analyze competitors and act on improvement points
- Oversight of the development and management of displays and POS materials (MPDVs) for the channel
Requirements
- Completed university degree
- Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical profile with a results orientation and the ability to translate targets into strategic actions
- Proactive, flexible and resilient when facing challenges
- Familiarity with market tools is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify opportunities
- Negotiation skills, good interpersonal relationships and proactivity
