About the role
- Support and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans and operations, including events, campaigns, and engagement initiatives;
- Act as a liaison between Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring integration and process efficiency;
- Coordinate campaign content production, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables;
- Analyze performance results and recommend tactical and operational improvements;
- Manage vendors and support teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery;
- Actively contribute ideas, innovations, and process improvements to Marketing Programs.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience executing and coordinating GTM operations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and levels
- Organized, autonomous, proactive, with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish (preferred)
- Previous experience with events and multichannel campaigns (preferred)
