About the role
- Support the execution of marketing events, campaigns, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal teams;
- Assist in coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and updating campaign materials;
- Track ongoing tasks, processes, documentation, and client or partner interactions;
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating data for performance analysis;
- Contribute to operational and routine support tasks within the team.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on execution
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with task management tools, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about marketing strategies and operations
- Developing analytical skills
- Spanish (preferred)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides (preferred)
- Previous experience in marketing, events, or communications projects (preferred)
