About the role

  • Earnest HR Professional looking to support a maturing organization through critical HR objectives and key results
  • Reporting to the VP, HR, the HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support to the field for daily core HR needs including Safety & Risk, Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruitment Support and projects as assigned
  • Cascades the vision of Quest Food Management Services ensuring the Quest vision, values are effectively communicated, understood, and practiced
  • Develop and implement Quest Safety Program
  • Conduct safety training for employees on policies, procedures, and hazard recognition
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct safety inspections, and identify hazardous conditions
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Prepare files and reports for Leadership as needed
  • Support Recruiting and Onboarding of Team Members
  • Special Projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • The ability to facilitate and connect with both employees and management effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local safety and HR laws
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Strong Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • 5-7 years’ experience preferred
  • Experience in Training and Development preferred
  • Prior experience in Contract Food Service Management Industry preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred
  • Proficient in ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • Bi-lingual preferred
